About Your Helicopter
We are proud to fly the most advanced tour helicopters available. Our EC-130 ECOStar helicopters and Eurocopter AS350 Family helicopters feature forward-facing theater-style seating for an unobstructed 180-degree view.
Professionally trained and certified pilots will guide you across the breathtaking Southwestern landscapes, pointing out highlights as you fly. Each passenger will be provided noise-cancelling headsets to facilitate easy communication with the pilot and multilingual narration throughout the flight.

Tour Requirements:
-Valid Photo ID(s) are required for check-in.
-Guests are responsible for providing accurate weights during reservation for proper balancing of the aircraft.
-To ensure comfort, safety, and balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 299 lbs. (136 kg) will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $250.
-For safety reasons, FAA regulations require Papillon Helicopters to refuse aircraft boarding for passengers who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
-The operations of this tour requires guest to be able to embark and disembark the various vehicles with minimal assistance in order to participate fully.
-Guest may bring a bottle of water but it MUST NOT be opened in the aircraft.
Travel Tips:
-It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weathers.
-Sun Protection Recommended during sunny weather: Sunscreen, lip sunscreen, sunglasses, scarf, etc.
-Cell service coverage may be weak in some areas and the severity varies by service carrier.
-Please dress accordingly to the time, season, and weather of the activity date.
–Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the location you are visiting is rough, rocky, and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
-Use of personal recording devices (camera, smart phone or video camera) is welcome and highly encouraged when permitted! Just remember to set it to “airplane mode” during the flight.
-Remember to bring Motion Sickness medication if necessary.
-Please keep belongings on you at all times. CHD Inc. will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
